Justin Dirk - President/Owner
Following in the footsteps of his father, Dwight Dirk, Justin joined the family insurance business in 2000. He started as a field agent and was trained by some of the industry’s top producers. Justin specializes in selling health, life and long term care insurance and annuities. Today Justin is the owner and president of Mid-Western Insurance still offering undivided attention to his clients and staff.
At the start of his career Justin was named rookie of the year. After that he performed in the top 3% year after year. Five different companies have honored him for his hard work and dedication, oftentimes naming him agent of the month. As an independent agent Justin has been able to work with several different companies allowing him to learn the business from the inside out. Justin really understands the importance of offering innovative plans and products from a variety of insurance companies.
Justin enjoys spending time with his family; Tiffaney, Allison, Brianna, Preston and pup Kona. He is an avid fisherman and hunter and can oftentimes be spotted on a boat or walking the fields of North Dakota with his family and friends.
Del
Del has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years, in fact, Del actually helped start Mid-Western Insurance back in 1983. Del is always studying products and policies to stay sharp in this ever changing insurance business. Del’s family includes his wife Carol, two grown children and two granddaughters.
Chris
Chris has been in the insurance business since 2000. He takes great satisfaction in helping his clients and maintaining those relationships. Chris is married to his wife Stacy.
Russ
Russ has had a relationship with MWI since the beginning. Russ is our “go to” guy for tax advice due to his accounting background. Russ is married to his wife Lynn and has five grown children and three grandchildren.
Tiffaney
Tifffaney is part owner of Mid-Western Insurance, along with her husband Justin. She is involved in the behind the scenes operations of the business.
Kaili
Kaili had prior insurance industry experience before taking some time off to stay home with her children. She decided to re-enter the workforce again and joined Mid-Western Insurance May 2014. She is married to Brian and has 3 boys.
